• Booking: All appointments must be booked in advance. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept various forms of payment including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee.
• Refunds: Refunds are provided at our discretion. We aim to ensure customer satisfaction, but refunds will only be granted in cases where services are not rendered as agreed.

5. Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice. Promotional discounts and offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

6. Warranty and Liability

• Service Warranty: We provide a warranty on our ceramic coating services as per the manufacturer's guidelines. Warranty claims must be made within the specified period and are subject to inspection.
• Limitation of Liability: Majestik Detailing is not liable for any damage to the vehicle that occurs during the service due to pre-existing conditions or factors beyond our control. We are also not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
